Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I began managing properties in 2009 after purchasing my first investment property, learning firsthand what it takes to protect value, manage risk, and make smart long-term decisions. Both of my parents built their financial security through real estate, and watching them do so shaped how I view property, not just as a transaction, but as a powerful tool for stability and growth.

Today, I own and manage a portfolio of rental properties and oversee rentals for clients, giving me a deep, practical understanding of both ownership and investment. I became licensed in Texas in 2019, began purchasing property here in 2020, and officially founded my company in 2023. Since then, our team has grown into one of the top-producing teams in the Cypress area.

My approach to real estate is grounded, strategic, and deeply personal. I believe people make the best decisions when they feel informed and supported, never rushed. Whether I’m helping a client sell their home, buy their next one, or explore new construction opportunities, my goal is always the same: clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and strong advocacy.

I’m especially passionate about new construction in the Bridgeland area. I’ve personally purchased multiple new construction homes and have strong relationships with local builders, which allows me to guide clients through the process with confidence, from lot selection and contracts to negotiations and upgrades. Knowing the process from the inside out helps my clients avoid costly mistakes and secure the best possible terms.

I’m also a listing specialist, and I take selling homes seriously. I put my heart and energy into every listing, from pricing strategy and preparation to marketing and negotiation, because I know how much a smooth, successful sale impacts what comes next for my clients. Helping homeowners transition into their next chapter, especially within the Cypress and Bridgeland communities, is work I truly care about.
